Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 October 2026.
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern access to and use of clean-systems.online. By using the site, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is an informational publishing resource, not a healthcare provider or pharmacy.
2. Eligibility and audience
The content is intended primarily for adults seeking general information about prostatitis, pelvic symptoms and preparing for healthcare conversations. It is not designed as a child-directed service.
3. No medical relationship
Reading the site or sending a contact message does not create a doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient or other clinical relationship. Content does not replace examination, diagnosis, testing or treatment by a qualified professional. Emergency or rapidly worsening symptoms should not be handled through the website contact form.
4. Informational content
We aim to use careful, evidence-aware language, but medical knowledge and guidance change. Content is provided for general orientation and may not reflect every individual circumstance. Do not use the site to select prescription medicines, alter a prescribed treatment or delay urgent care.
5. Permitted use
You may access the public pages for personal, lawful informational use. You may quote short portions where legally permitted with appropriate attribution. You may not use the service to interfere with security, overload infrastructure, inject malicious code, scrape in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful material through the form.
6. Contact submissions
The contact form is intended for editorial corrections, privacy enquiries, accessibility issues and site feedback. Do not submit confidential medical files, identification documents or urgent clinical questions. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you choose to send.
7. Affiliate business model
Clean Systems declares an affiliate publishing model. However, the current release contains no active partner links, affiliate redirects, product placements or commercial outbound CTA. If affiliate relationships become active later, they should be disclosed clearly and the Affiliate Disclosure should be updated before publication.
8. No sales transaction in this release
The current website does not sell products or services, process payments, create orders, arrange delivery or provide refunds. Therefore ecommerce ordering, delivery and cancellation terms do not apply to the current implementation.
9. Intellectual property
Original site text, layout and code may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Some photographs are sourced under open licences; their creators and licences are identified in IMAGE-LICENSES.txt supplied with the build. Openly licensed material remains subject to its own licence conditions.
10. Third-party content and links
The current interface contains no active external commercial links. If third-party links are introduced in a future version, they will lead to services controlled by others. A link would not by itself mean endorsement, ownership or responsibility for the third party.
11. Availability and changes
The site may be updated, interrupted or withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every page will remain unchanged. Material may be corrected when new evidence, regulatory requirements or implementation details justify a change.
12. Consumer-protection principles
Kenya's Consumer Protection Act prohibits false, misleading or deceptive representations. The site is designed not to claim sponsorship, approval, medical benefit, affiliation or product characteristics that have not been established. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, general information is provided without a guarantee that it will be appropriate to a particular person's health circumstances. See the separate Disclaimer for health-specific limitations. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights remain unaffected.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator is not responsible for loss arising solely from treating general website content as a personalised diagnosis or prescription, from failing to seek appropriate urgent care, or from third-party services outside the operator's control. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, a user who deliberately misuses the service, attacks its infrastructure or submits unlawful material may be responsible for losses caused by that conduct. This clause is not intended to remove consumer rights.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are drafted for a website directed to readers in Kenya and refer to Kenyan legal principles. The actual legal operator and establishment details have not been supplied. Any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer rule applicable to a particular user remains unaffected. Parties should first attempt to resolve a site-related complaint by contacting [email protected].
17. Severability
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to the extent permitted by law.
18. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms when the service, business model or law changes. The updated version should show a new revision date.
